Athletic Participation Forms

Good Afternoon,

Woodland High School has a new system in place for athletic participation forms. Effective immediately, parents and guardians will use the aktivate platform to store their child's required athletic documentation for the 2024-2025 school year. Attached, you will find a one-pager for parents/guardians that will provide simple instructions on how to create an account and upload information into aktivate.
