Henry County Schools Announces Summer Meal Service Sites for 2024

HENRY COUNTY, GA – Henry County Schools will once again provide complimentary summer meal service from June 3-July 19 for students across the county courtesy of the district’s School Nutrition Program.

Most locations will offer the meal service until June 27, while McDonough Middle School and Stockbridge High School will continue operations through July 19.

Students will receive breakfast and lunch from Monday-Thursday during this period. All sites will be closed on Fridays and in observance of districtwide holidays on June 19 and July 1-5.

Meals are free for students 19 years of age and under, and special education students up to 21 years old are also eligible. Participating individuals must enter schools through the main office and sign in before enjoying meals onsite in the cafeteria during meal service times.

The program is provided in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Georgia School Nutrition Program.
