Each month, our teachers will be selecting a student to represent their team for "Student of the Month." These exemplary students will be chosen based on the following criteria:

Katelyn has been on fire this semester! She has worked really hard to stay organized, remain on target progress wise, attend help sessions, and do retakes as needed. So proud to see her improvement.

Connor Odom is a new addition to our team this semester and it is an absolute pleasure to teach him. He has excellent work ethics and is a leader in our virtual classrooms. He produces high quality work and always participates in discussions and various learning activities. Most of all, his peers consider him a role model. Keep up the good work, Connor. Ellie is such a bright ray of sunshine! She has  a positive attitude and she's always encouraging her classmates. She strives for the best and excels in all of her classes. I truly enjoy having Ellie in my class.

Kylee is an excellent student and a great role model for her peers. The work she does in science is frequently used as an exemplar. She is a shining example of what can happen when a student takes full advantage of the Impact program.

Michai is an exceptional student and an outstanding peer leader.  He exhibits citizenship daily and works extremely well with his peers while also supporting their learning as well.  He has a positive attitude, routinely participates in class discussions, and is just an all-around awesome student and person. We, the 7th Grade Virtual Teachers, are delighted to nominate Michai as our February Student of the Month! He is deserving of this recognition and so much more! We are super proud of you Michai!

Sejal is a concientious student who is kind to others. Sejal frequently takes the lead with other students when working in a breakout room, and she participates regularly in class discussion. Sejal is a pleasure to have in class.

Alexa has been killing it in Math!! I am SO proud of her and all of her hard work, as it so clearly shows through on her assignments and assessments! She is very humble regarding her math skills, but she has repeatedly scored one of the best scores, if not the best, on formatives and assessments week after week. Alexa, your participation and hard work do not go unnoticed. Again, I am just so so proud! Keep up the great work!

His active engagement, respectful disposition, responsible work ethic, and considerate nature make learning in literacy pleasurable during Reading Enrichment for his peers and me.
