World Languages Fair

At the annual HCS World Languages Fair, our students showcase their language skills and multi-cultural knowledge by competing in the following categories with a focus on global competency:

1. Talent Show- Dancing, Singing, & Traditional Costume Design
2. Poetry Recitation
3. Film- Documentary, Short Film, & Interviews
4. Art- Paintings, Collages, Piñatas, Drawings, Sculptures, & Dioramas 
5. Vocabulary Bee Contest    
6. Mini-World Cup- 3 V 3 International Soccer Contest (Tbd)
7. Academic Culture Bowl

In addition to competing in event categories, our World Language students participate as Ambassadors and Volunteers at the event by leading Service Learning Tasks as part of the World Languages Coordinator Student Leadership Team and World Language Fair Committee.
