Graduation Information

Graduation ceremonies at EchoPark Speedway will be livestreamed and recorded. Links for each event are available in the schedule posted above. Livestreamed content will be edited for any time gaps or technical issues and a finished recording will be available for the public.

EchoPark Speedway is located at 1500 Tara Place, Hampton, GA, 30228.

Graduates will walk across the graduation field, enter the stands area and proceed to exit at Gates 12 and 13.

In the event that a graduation ceremony is canceled due to inclement weather, the ceremony will be rescheduled.  In case of inclement weather, communication will come from the Principal via Infinite Campus Messenger.  Gates will open for any make up ceremonies two hours prior to the rescheduled event. In the event that a graduation ceremony is paused due to inclement weather, graduates, staff, and guests will be directed to specific areas in which to safely take shelter.

Examples of items that guests may bring include:
Clear plastic bags for belongings (note that all bags are subject to search), umbrellas, signs for graduates, flowers, and cameras.

Examples of items that guests should NOT bring include:
Balloons, Air horns or items that make distracting noises, glitter or confetti of any kind, silly string of any kind, any inflammatory items or weapons of any kind, any projectiles of any kind, and personal food or drink items with the exception of nutritional items for infants or small children. No Drones are allowed.

Clear bags are required for this event
For the quickest entry into our schools and venues for large public events, such as athletics competitions, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following requirements to enter the stadium/venue:

Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Clear book bags are acceptable for use as diaper bags for adults who have infants or toddlers. Small, pocket-sized wallets are allowable in a clear bag.

Any type of non-clear bag will not be permitted. Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.

Guests with non-compliant bags can store their items in their car and return to the gate for entry.
