The following information covers salary schedules, employment verifications, frequently asked questions, and other compensation-related materials.

We now use Verifent to prove employment and income! How does it work?
- You do not need to create an account with Verifent. Provide your consent to the verifier when applying for a benefit, loan, or credit that requires proof of employment and/or income and tell them to visit verifent.com.
- Provide our Organization Code (B24B4F), your first and last name, the last four digits of your social security number, and date of birth to the verifier.
- The credentialed verifier, operating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, provides a valid Permissible Purpose, consumer consent, and submits the request.
- We fulfill the request.
Employment and Income Verifications for Requesting Verifiers
Henry County Schools is dedicated to protecting our employees' information. For this reason, we use Verifent to confirm verification of employment and/or verification of income (VOE/VOI) request that are legitimate and a valid permissible purpose as defined by Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for an Henry County Schools employee must submit VOE/VOI requests through Verifent.
To Submit a Request:
- Log in at https://www.Verifent.com/log-in. Please note that new Verifent users will need to register and create an account before proceeding.
- When prompted, enter the Organization Code for Henry County Schools: B24B4F
- Please be prepared to provide the employee's date of birth and last four digits of the social security number. Additionally, uploading proof of consent, signed by the employee, is required to complete a request.

New Hire or Former Employee Verification of Employment
Effective November 15, 2021, Henry County Schools now uses Verifent for requesting Teacher or Classified Experience Verification (Service Records). It is the employee's responsibility to initiate and obtain verification from previous employers for credit.
How to submit requests to employers to verify experience:
School districts
Step 1: Visit Verifent
- Visit www.Verifent.com.
- Click the ‘Let’s Get Started Now’ button in the upper-right-hand corner and select ‘Employees’.
- On the next screen, scroll down and select the ‘Initiate Service Record’ button.
Step 2: Enter Information
- Enter your Hiring District (Henry County Schools)
- Enter your information.
- Enter the Former District(s) that you need a service record from. If your Former District does not drop down as you type under ‘Former School District Lookup’, click on ‘Enter New District’ and enter the information. Note: Multiple Former Districts can be selected
Step 3: Submit Request(s)
Once you’ve entered all your Former Districts, press ‘Submit Teacher Experience Verification(s).’ You will be notified of the progress of your requests through email.

Employers outside of education
There may be instances where experience outside of education is acceptable. Follow the instructions below to request employment records.
Step 1: Download Certified Experience Verification form.
Step 2: Complete the top portion of the attached verification form. Save documents.
Step 3: Email form(s) to all employees to complete the employer section of the form.
Step 4: Employers submit the completed form to compensation@henry.k12.ga.us
