Become a Paraprofessional
Paraprofessionals
Henry County School District extends partnership with ESS for paraprofessional vacancies

At Henry County Schools, we are committed to providing our students with an exceptional educational experience, and we could not do this without our dedicated team of educators and support staff. We invite you to become a vital part of our community by joining us as a paraprofessional through our partnership with ESS!
Our partners at ESS are dedicated to providing a seamless onboarding experience for paraprofessionals, along with the training and support needed to be successful in the classroom.
Paraprofessionals play a crucial role in supporting instruction, assisting teachers, and helping students thrive. Paraprofessionals work on a consistent school schedule and are expected to follow the assigned hours of the school and classroom they support. We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant classroom or childcare experience, including work in early learning centers, prior paraprofessional roles, substitute teaching experience, or formal teaching experience.
