Adult GED Opportunity

Henry County Schools, in partnership with Southern Crescent Technical College, offers free GED and HiSET preparation classes for adult learners.

Program Overview

• Preparation for GED and HiSET: The program helps adults prepare for the GED or HiSET exams, which are equivalent to a high school diploma
• Individualized Instruction: Participants receive personalized assignments in either small or large group settings
• Regular Assessments: Regular assessments in reading and math skills help determine when participants are ready to take the exam

Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years of age or older
• Free Materials: Books and materials are provided free of charge

Location

• Henry County Learning and Support Center: Classes are held at this central location to make them accessible to the community
