Southern Crescent Technical College (SCTC) and Henry County Schools collaborate to provide adult education opportunities, helping individuals enhance their skills and achieve their educational goals.

Adult Education Programs at SCTC

SCTC offers a variety of adult education programs, including:

• Adult Basic Education (ABE): Classes in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies to prepare for the GED® or HiSET exams.
• English as a Second Language (ESL): Courses to improve English language skills for non-native speakers.

Henry County Schools partners with SCTC to offer these educational opportunities to the community. This partnership includes:

• Dual Enrollment: High school students can take college courses for credit.

• INSPIRE Employment Training Program: In collaboration with Connecting Henry, this program offers job training and placement services.
