Adult Education and Extended Learning

The Department of Adult Education and Extended Learning is committed to providing access and opportunities for adult learners in the Henry County community and to students in grades K-5 who struggle with behavioral challenges. Our goal is to promote adult development by providing resources and offering a variety of classes. We are committed to bridging academic and behavioral gaps by providing equitable access to non-traditional educational opportunities for students in grades K-5.

We are committed to unifying Henry County around excellence in public education. To that end, we will foster strong parent and family relationships, while embracing parents as the first teachers and family as key in learning. The Department of Adult Education and Extended Learning will foster strong community relationships, while protecting and promoting a positive, caring and supportive culture. For assistance regarding Adult Education and Extended Learning, please contact us at 770-957-3945.
