Transcript Requests (SHS/HCH Only)

The Office of Legal Compliance provides student records and transcripts for students that attended a Henry County Public School over five years ago. Transcript requests for students that attended a Henry County Public School in the last five years please submit your transcript request to the last school the student attended

Written request is required:

  1. Institution request
  2. HCBOE Transcript Request Form
  3. Personal written request, must include name as it appears on permanent records, graduation year, and copy of photo id
