Charter Schools

The Charter School Process Form provides an overview of the timeline and process for submitting charter school applications to Henry County Schools. The petitioner is responsible for adhering to all applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations. Please visit the Henry County Schools and Georgia Department of Education websites for charter school policies and regulations.

Schools opening in 2029:

March 31^st: Letters of Intent Due

October 13^th-15^th: Petitions Due (3 days)
