The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act or FERPA provides certain rights for parents regarding their children’s education records.

Transcript Request
The Office of Legal Compliance provides student records and transcripts for students that attended a Henry County Public School over five years ago. Transcript requests for students that attended a Henry County Public School in the last five years please submit your transcript request to the last school the student attended
