Participation Requirements
In order to attend the 8th grade Dance, Field Trip, and Block Party students must meet ALL the following requirements starting 3/18/2024:

Attendance: No more than 3 unexcused absences

Please contact our attendance secretary Alicia Kimble at alicia.kimble@henry.k12.ga.us with any attendance questions.

Academics: No failing grade in ANY course

Please monitor your child’s grades on Infinite Campus and contact teachers regarding assignments and grades.

Behavior: No more than 2 Level 1 offenses and no Level 2 or higher

Please refer to the HCS Code of Conduct for behavior expectations.

Eligibility status will be reviewed on 4/26/24 and prior to each event.

8th Grade Dance- $55

Field Trip- $115

Block party-$ 25

Class T-Shirt- $20

All fees are payable through MySchoolbucks only. No cash or checks. NO refunds. Student payments are due by April 26, 2024 in order to participate in these opportunities. There is no cost for the Awards and Crossing Over Ceremony. The Yearbook Signing party is free for students who purchase a yearbook.
