HOW TO DO BUSINESS with Henry County Schools

  • Vendor Registration

Henry County Schools requires that all vendor relationships originate with the completion of vendor registration processes. Accordingly, a vendor registration form should be completed by any party interested in doing business with Henry County Schools via our online portal.  Click here to access the online portal and select "Register" in top right corner.

Please note that completion of the vendor registration does not designate an individual or entity as an awarded vendor.  Awarded vendors have been identified to provide goods and services by stakeholders within Henry County Schools and have been issued a vendor number from the Henry County Schools financial system. Completion of registration processes is required before a vendor can be approved and issued a vendor number.  Please leverage this tutorial should you have any trouble in completing the online registration.

  • If a vendor wishes to propose programs to the school system, what is the process?

    Posted by:

We encourage all parties interested in doing business with Henry County Schools to register in the HCS’ Vendor Registration and Solicitation platform to receive notice of business opportunities that match the vendor’s offered goods and/or services.

Vendors may consult department and school webpages to identify district programs and contacts that are aligned to the business offer. Interested vendors may also submit written business plans to applicable representatives for HCS; HCS does not commit to explore proposals occurring outside of advertised solicitation opportunities.  Note, that solicitation of students and their families for non-school related matters are prohibited by Board policy (Policy KEB) subject to principal discretion.

Please note do not visit a school and/or department without a scheduled meeting.
