During my 19 years as an educator, I have taught various levels of high school mathematics courses, with Algebra 1 being my absolute favorite! I take pride in having the major responsibility of introducing ninth graders to high school math.
Outside of trying to find ways to help improve my teaching practice, my time is spent with family. I met my husband 24 years ago, and we have 3 amazing children, ages 19, 16, and 11 years old. With God as the head of my life and my family by my side, I know I can accomplish anything my heart desires. They are all my motivation to be a better version of myself each and every day.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from William Paterson University, which is located in Wayne, New Jersey. I continued my education with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University, which is located in Montclair, NJ. I also completed 30 additional graduate credits to earn certification in teaching Physics. I am and always have been very passionate about education and will make every effort to ensure your child's educational needs are exceeded in a caring, respectful, and engaging environment. I absolutely love teaching and learning about the wonderful world of mathematics and hope my passion for what I do emanates through every interaction with me.
