HOW DO I ENROLL OR WITHDRAW MY CHILD?

Henry County Schools has implemented an online registration system for student enrollment.  Once your registration is complete and all documents have been uploaded, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please contact our Administrative Services Secretary if you have questions regarding the online registration process.

STUDENT WITHDRAWALS AND TRANSFERS

Please call MHS (470)615-3450 to request a withdrawal packet and schedule an appointment to pick up the withdrawal paperwork for your child. Please allow 24-48 hours for withdrawals. Students transferring out of the district MUST return their HCS issued Chromebook and charger before picking up their withdrawal packet.

WHEN WILL MY 2024-2025 SCHEDULE BE AVAILABLE AND WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS?

The ClassLink portal or Launchpad is going to be a one-stop shop for many of the applications and resources students will need to be successful at MHS. This page will automatically appear when students log in to their chromebook, but students can also click the link below to go there directly from any computer. Once on the login page, your student will simply use their district Username (Student ID Number) and Password (first initial of first name + first initial of last name + 6-digit birthdate + hashtag)

HOW DO I GET HELP WITH CHROMEBOOK/TECHNOLOGY ISSUES?

Students and parents may report chromebook/technology issues. Please click here to set-up an appointment for technology support.

How Will I Receive Important Information?

Important class information and school counseling information will still be posted via your Counseling Google Classroom page. Grade level classroom guidance and group counseling will be scheduled via email. Classroom guidance schedules and log-in information will be posted in the Google Classroom page. Download the app and turn your notifications on! If you need to see your counselor one-on-one, please e-mail your counselor to set up an appointment. Make sure to check your school e-mail frequently for the appointment details.

  HOW DO I REQUEST MY TRANSCRIPT?

All former graduates/students and current students may request official transcripts by completing the request at

https://henryga.scriborder.com

Transcripts – your transcript will only be released through GAFutures or ScibOrder and mailed directly to the college. No transcripts will be emailed or mailed to an individual.

School Records – a record request must be received before records are sent; please note, only limited records will be available.

Education Verifications – please email the request along with the authorization to release the information.
