• What is the Reading Bowl Team?
    Reading Bowl basically a quiz bowl kind of activity. The students read as many of the 20 Georgia Peach Teen Book nominees as possible (usually 5-6 titles per student). They write questions for each book they read to be used and study the questions.  Practices will be held virtually this year, with possible 1-2 meetings/practices in person before the competition in January. 
    The dates below are tentative and subject to change.
     
    Competitions:
    January 2024-MHS
     
     
     
    The Top 2 teams from the county meet will move to the regional meet and the top 2 teams from the regional meet will move on to the division meet and the top team from the division meet will move on to the State competition in Athens.
