All about Mrs. Peters

I was born and raised in the Atlanta area. I have two beautiful daughters, Vivian (9) and Genevieve (6), and a son, James (5), that keeps me busy outside of work. When I have free time, I enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with my family. 

I attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics education. I completed my master's degree in Mathematics Education with an online teaching endorsement from Kennesaw State University. My most recent degree is a Specialist in teaching Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of West Georgia. 

I taught in Rockdale County for two years before transferring to Henry County Schools. I have taught grades 6-11 at all levels. I am venturing into my 14th year of teaching and this will be my sixth year at Impact Academy. I truly look forward to working with each and every one of you! I strive for constant communication, so please reach out as much as needed. This is going to be the best school year yet!
