    Digital Citizenship

    Technology is essential to our students and our world.  Technology provides infinite opportunities for our students to create, collaborate, communicate, and to critically think.  Henry County Schools is committed to empowering our students to make safe, smart, and ethical decisions online.  As students continue to hone their 21st Century Skills, they will also be taught the importance of good digital citizenship.  Teachers will incorporate the Common Sense Education's K-12 Digital Citizenship Curriculum to help build a positive school culture that supports the safe and responsible use of technology.  This curriculum provides teachers with specific scope and sequence in which to teach lessons that focus on timely digital issues, such as, cyberbullying, privacy, and Internet safety.    To learn more about the Common Sense Media curriculum, explore the link below.
