Career and Technical Student Organizations

  • Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are an essential component of the CTAE delivery model. CTSOs provide students with opportunities for leadership and personal development as they participate in real-world activities. CTSOs prepare students for leadership roles. Participation in CTSOs enhances students’ employability and leadership skills. Students can take part in activities such as conferences, service projects, and competitive events. CTSOs are co-curricular and coincide with CTAE educational programs. There are 9 CTSOs in Georgia that students can join. Availability of CTSOs varies by school location.
