Dear “Fantastic” Fairview Family:

It is an honor to introduce myself as the new Principal of Fairview Elementary School and join this extraordinary school community. I am a passionate instructional leader with over 27 years of educational experience. During this time, I have worked in capacities such as custodian, paraprofessional, teacher, Mathematics Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal.

As a native of the Ellenwood community, it is extremely important to me that we provide the best educational experience for our boys and girls. Our motto is “Why settle for good, when you can be “Fantastic”. Here at “Fantastic” Fairview, we are committed to ensuring that each student has an opportunity to thrive in his or her gifts and talents.

With the help of all of our stakeholders, I will work hard to continue the legacy of success established at Fairview Elementary School by building strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners. Together we will focus on the use of data to inform instruction, as well as emphasize academic, social, and emotional growth. Additionally, we will provide exciting and challenging enrichment that will focus on ensuring the strategic actions of the district are met and our students are given access to opportunities to reach the desired outcomes.

Throughout the course of the year, it is my hope that we will work together to provide the students the best opportunities in preparing for the world, ready to master challenges placed in their path. As Principal of Fairview Elementary School, my door is always open.
