Hello Ola Middle! I am Julie Robinson and I am very excited to be apart of such a wonderful school like Ola.
Just a little about me….
I have lived in Georgia my entire life. I grew up in Clayton County and graduated from Morrow High School. After graduating high school, I attended Georgia State University. I taught for five years at Adamson Middle School in Clayton County before teaching in Henry County. After spending six years at Henry County Middle School, I spent last year at Luella Elementary School teaching 5th grade. Although I loved teaching 5th grade, I truly missed middle school.
After several years teaching, I decided to go back to school! I know how crazy that sounds! I received my Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Troy State University and then received my Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University.
My personal life is just as busy as my professional life. I have been married to my incredibly understanding husband, Jeff, for almost 12 years. Jeff must be very understanding for having stuck through all of the graduate school! We have 2 wonderful children. Our daughter, Reice, will be in 5th grade. Coleman, our son, will be in the 2nd grade. We are very proud of their accomplishments, in and out of the classroom. Yes, we spend lots of time at ball fields, fishing ponds and shopping malls! I look forward to meeting you at school or more than likely at a recreational ball field near you!!
