Monkey Bars

Dear Parents,

Due to the frequency of accidents on our monkey bars, our Kindergarten Staff has adopted a grade level policy concerning their use by our students. The children will be allowed to play on the monkey bars when they can stand flat footed at the entrance and reach the first bar. We thought you would appreciate being aware of this new policy. We appreciate your support as we are concerned for your children’s safety.

P.S. A.S.E.P. does not allow Kindergarten children to utilize the monkey bars at all. The accident rate increases at the end of the day when the children are tired from their busy day.
