Mrs. Ingram's Kindergarten Class Has A Visit From A Leprechaun
When we got to the room this morning, we saw leprechaun dust on the floor in the hall.
When we opened the door, we found our room a mess!
They had left us a note.
Mrs. Ingram was not happy.

The leprechauns had made a pattern of green and white.  Is that two whites instead of one?  The leprechauns must need to practice patterning.
They had put everyone on red.
The only thing good was they left us candy.
Sarah H. put the cards back on green.
Sarah T. picked up the puzzle mess.
Jason volunteered to clean up the blocks.
Nichole cleaned up the pattern blocks.
Connor cleaned up the Duplos.

Anguelica could not believe all the leprechaun dust.

Rebecca was amazed, too.
We finally got everyone calm and finished up our leprechauns.
Then we sorted and graphed Lucky Charms and ate them for snack.  Mrs. Ingram had brought lime sherbert and Sprite.
We enjoyed our St. Patrick's Day floats.
Everything was fine but then we got to the playground.  Maleah and Nichole spotted tiny footprints on the playground!
Shelby said they left shiny dust there, also.
We were on our way in the back door when we spotted more leprechaun dust.
We wondered if they came from the woods.
