Hope Scholarship Program Academic Requirements

 Class of 2001 through 2006

For the high school graduating class of 2001 through 2006, an additional unit of math is required for the college preparatory diploma.  These students are required to have four units of math, as listed below. 

College Preparatory Diploma: Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 80 numeric average

Technical Diploma: Cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or 85 numeric average

The HOPE Scholarship Program – Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally – is funded by the Georgia Lottery for Education.  Program details are subject to change.  Check with the high school guidance counselor or the HOPE Scholarship Program each year for the HOPE Scholarship eligibility requirements.
